I've been having same issue - been trying to contact someone but no one responds. Can you let me know as this has been happening for quite a while with the plugins and with the demo content.
I dont have the pages for modifying or implementing, this beatiful designed pages are redirecting to paul web and are impossible to modify or change(I dont have the pages demo, and I payed for use this demo).
This is crazy ,and I dont know how is possible to pay for this....for example: "resume page" are LINKED to this remote page from paul themes an IS NOT EDITABLE: http://paul-themes.com/wordpress/ramsay/#page-3
